Because of our relentless pursuit to provide good value for your transportation
dollars we allow substantial grace periods on your reservations before any waiting
time is billed. This includes being as generous as we can with driver waiting time

prior to charging the passenger a "
wait time" fee. Our "wait time" policy is as
follows:
·  Home, office, business, restaurant, theater, etc. -- first 15 minutes free
·  Airport domestic arrival -- first 30 minutes free

·  Airport international arrival -- first one hour free*
·  Penn Station / Amtrak /Grand Central -- first 30 minutes free
·  NY/NJ piers -- first one hour free

GENERAL CHARGE FOR WAITING TIME
Following the grace period, waiting time is billed at $20.00 per hour (there are
extenuating circumstances that may be considered for wait fee waive).

PARTICULARS CONCERNING AIRPORT WAITING TIME*
For an airport pick up, we update the arrival time approximately one hour before
the scheduled arrival in order to get an airborne ETA. This is accomplished through
airline information resources and/or when the passenger alerts us of an arrival
change (sometimes the passenger is told of a change prior to the airline publishing
the change). This now becomes the new reservation time. If we are unable to
obtain an update (can't get through to airline and/or the airline through its
information services provides erroneous information), then the original arrival time
holds and a wait fee is applicable. If our driver is at the airport for the original
arrival time - and at that time - the arrival time subsequently changes while the
driver is already there for passenger pick-up, the grace period is no longer
applicable and waiting time begins until you and the driver are in the vehicle and
begin the trip (short flights are problematic to this situation).  
WE NEVER ABANDON OUR CLIENTS!
If after ten minutes has passed at
airport arrival entrance or where the
limo drivers typically stand and you do
not see our driver holding a sign with
your name on it (driver should be there
but sometimes the driver is not readily
seen due to limo driver and passenger
congestion at arrival waiting area)
and/or our driver did not leave a
message on your cell phone (please
check your messages) - using your cell
phone please call our office at

If you do not have a cell phone please
call our toll-free number at
1-800-357-4232. AND - If your flight is
late - NO MATTER HOW LATE! - our
driver is there! Please do not assume
that the driver left. But again, if you
don't see the driver and/or if applicable
the driver left no message on your cell
phone - please call us.

If your flight is canceled - you must
notify us that you are taking another
flight! If you don't - there is no way
we can determine which flight you
were put on so consequently original
charges remain applicable.

If your flight is canceled at the time our
driver reaches the airport charges
remain applicable however depending
on the situation may or may not
contain wait time.
